kitchen first fix

Kitchen First Fix And Downstairs Toilet First Fix

What we did

For this job we had to install fresh pipework in the kitchen and send the pipes upstairs to connect to the upstairs bathroom as well as sending the pipework through the wall to feed the downstairs cloakroom which was going to have a toilet and basin. We also installed an outside tap and drilled the waste through the wall for the sink and connected it outside in the soil pipe.

All the pipe work in the cloak room was inset in a channel in the wall to conceal the pipework when completed.

low level toilet replaced

Low Level Toilet

What we did

This old low level toilet was looking a little old, dirty and was not secure to the floor. We removed the old toilet and fitted a new low level toilet. We had to cut out a little of the carpet as the new toilet was a slightly different design and didn’t fit in the exact same place. The customer said they would be sorting the carpet shortly.

This new good quality toilet looks a lot better than the old one and is a lot safer now it is securely fitted.
