shower install kidderminster

Standalone Shower

What we did

This shower was installed as part of a complete bathroom suite. The room that this toilet was being installed into was a new extension. The new room was built for the sole purpose of having a complete wet room downstairs for when the couple got older. We ran all the pipe work from the adjoining garage and we have hidden all the pipe work inside the new plaster boards that were installed at the same time. Once the plastering and tiling had been completed we installed the shower, rail, soap holder and glass screen. We had set up the waste pipe for the shower drain earlier in the construction of the build.

Quality and style

The shower was selected by the customer as they liked the style and it was part of a complete suite. The shower is of great quality and had a separate shower hose as well as the main head which was something that was requested by the customer. We were very happy with how the glass screen looked when finished which has a rail on the one side which is useful for small towels or even hanging clothes. We recommended the complete suite as we knew from previous experience that it was great quality.

outside tap

Outside Tap

What we did

We fitted this tap for a lovely lady who wanted to be able to water her plants and flowers without having to go into the house to fill up watering cans. She requested we fit an isolation point within the room from which the pipe was connected so in winter if she was worried about frost damage she could disconnect the water. We connected the pipe through the wall into a downstairs bathroom which connected under the sink inside the cupboard as to keep the pipework very discreet.

Convenience

As you can see we also fitted a hose that can be easily connected and disconnected to allow the filling of watering cans. There are multiple ends for the hose as well as having the ability to adjust the power to allow for a great variety of uses. We asked the lady how she was getting on with the hose and tap and she said that she uses the hose for pretty much all watering and she said that it has at least halved the time and effort she would usually spend watering and the like.

chrome radiator kidderminster

Bathroom Radiator

What we did

The customer already had a regular radiator but wanted to upgrade to a chrome railed radiator. To achieve this we used the existing pipework from the old radiator and connected to the new one. We installed a switch to control when the radiator was heated electrically. We also put wooden pipe base covers where the pipework enters the floor.

style and practicality

Inside the radiator is an electric element which can be turned on when the rest of the central heating is off for great flexibility as to when the radiator is active. With this feature we fitted an LED switch on the outside of the bathroom that glows red when in use so you don’t accidentally leave it running. The radiator is very stylish with its chrome finish and suits the rest of the decor very well. The radiator is quite tall and has many rungs so you will never be stuck looking for somewhere to put your towels.

white radiator

Standard Radiator

What we did

We installed this radiator in a room that had not previously had a radiator. we were lucky in that it was quite easy to feed the pipes directly under the wall from the radiator that was the other side and come straight up to the radiator which kept the pipework very neat.

Features and style

This radiator has all the basic features which would come with a standard radiator. Some features include temperature control valves that switch themselves off when they get to temperature. This style of radiator is very good for clothes rails so you can hang out wet clothes. The colour and design are subtle and would fit well with most rooms.
